The fire extinguishers are manufactured for four different extinguishing agents as per TSE 862 EN 3 standards. The products can be used for ABC and BC class fires. The extinguishers for class D fires are available by special orders. The extinguishers come with warranty certificate from Industry and Trade Ministry and under our company’s guarantee for 2 years for dry powder and foam type extinguishers and 5 years for CO2 and HC based extinguishers.

Dry Powder Extinguishers

The extinguishers are being manufactured in accordance with TSE 862 and EN 3 under strict quality control procedures of our Quality Control Department till they become ready to use extinguishers.

Foam Based Extinguishers

In addition to the seven regular sizes of foam based extinguishers the cylinders in different sizes can be produced as per customer request. The internal surfaces of the cylinders are coated to prevent the corrosion. The warranty period is 2 years and the extinguisher agent is A.F.F.F. in six per cent contcentration rate.

CO2 Based Extinguishers

The CO2 based High Pressure cylinders are made out of seamless steel pipes in accordance with related EN standards in sizes of 5, 10, 30 and 45 KG capacities that can be used for electrical fires with its CO2 content that reaches up to 99,995 per cent purity levels.

HC (HALOCARBON) EXTINGUISHERS

Unlike the Holon gas that causes the destruction of Ozone layer in atmosphere, the Halocarbon gas is composed of natural gasses such as Methane with its hydrogen atom halogenated to become an extinguisher agent. Besides the seven off the shelf sizes the cylinders in specific sizes can be produced as per customer request.

As in the case of all cylinders with YANSAV brand, the extinguishers are ready to use so long as they are maintained and checked regularly.

All the raw or semi finished material and all the parts got accepted into the production process upon meticulous input evaluation tests.
